As Student Services Officer, Saranya is responsible for all services relating to the life cycle of a student from admission to graduation. She is also responsible for administrative for results release process, student completion and graduation process, Tertiary Collection of Student Information reporting and verification process, and developing and maintaining training program manuals.
Saranya completed her Master of Business (Marketing and eCommerce) in 2003 at Victoria University. Fluent in Thai and English, Saranya has over 18 years working in the education field supporting both overseas and domestic students.
