Unit Enrolment

Coursework students must enrol prior to the start of each calendar year into your chosen units for that year. You can use the Unit Directory, as well as information provided by the Colleges to browse the huge range of units on offer each semester. You can enrol in units at both your home College as well as any of the University’s Colleges, so long as they are appropriate to your course of study.

Before submitting your unit enrolment form, discuss your unit selection with the Course Advisor at your home College. Course advisors are there to help you make your student experience an enjoyable one and make sure that each unit you’ve selected will suit your needs, and your chosen course of study! Send an email, give them a call or make an appointment today.

Forms

All forms must be submitted to your Home College/School for approval.

Unit Enrolment Forms

These forms can be used to enrol in new units each semester.

If you are already enrolled in units for the upcoming or current semester and wish to change them, or to apply for an overload or underload, go to the “Manage Your Study” tab. 

General Enrolment (used by most students)

Reenrolment Form for Coursework Students (Domestic and Overseas)
Current coursework students should use this form to enrol in new units.

Enrol in University of Divinity units for credit, without admission into a full course of study.

Fees and Fee-related Forms

The student tuition fee for a unit must be paid in full prior to the commencement of a unit. Fees are paid directly to the University of Divinity at the time of enrolment into a unit.

Mixed Payment Form
Specify details for tuition payment by a mixture of payment methods, either (a) upfront and FEE-HELP, or (b) a combination of upfront payment methods.

Use this form to request changes to your schedule of enrolled units for the current academic year.

Change Your Course Details

Course Variation or Extension Form
Use this form to request a course variation (permission to undertake a variation from course requiremenets), or a course extension (an extension of time beyond the maximum permitted duration).

Use this form to request either a course transfer (change from one course into another), or unit transfer (for students concurrently enrolled in two courses to transfer units from one course into another).

Use this form to apply for: deferred course commencement; leave of absence from the course; leave from a course (other than leave of absence); or withdrawl from a course.

Admission and Enrolment Closing Dates

Enrolment forms must be submitted by the closing date.

Domestic Coursework Students

Study in 2026: 

  • For Semester One – apply by 13 February 2026
  • For Semester Two – apply by 17 July 2026

Study in 2027: 

  • For Semester One – apply by 12 February 2027
  • For Semester Two – apply by 16 July 2027

Overseas Coursework Students

Study in 2026 on an overseas student visa: 

  • For Semester One – closed
  • For Semester Two – closed

Study in 2027 on an overseas student visa: 

  • For Semester One – apply by 15 November 2026
  • For Semester Two – apply by 15 April 2027
