Colleges

The University of Divinity is a collegiate university, with 12 theological colleges each affiliated with different Christian traditions.

Students and staff join the University through one of its Colleges or Schools, each of which is a unique learning community. The Colleges are supported by a wide range of churches and religious orders that together resource the University as a whole.

School of Graduate Research

All higher degree by research students and their supervisors become members of the School of Graduate Research (SGR). Members are entitled to a range of programs to support their successful completion, including an orientation program, annual Research Conference, HREC training, Thesis Boot Camp, and Research Methodologies

Syriac Language Research Project

The Syriac Language Research Project has two research foci: the Peshitta Syriac lexicon A Key to the Peshitta Gospels (KPG), and the International Syriac Language Project (ISLP).

The Common Good Project

The Common Good Project is an initiative committed to researching the principle of the Common Good in Australia. In particular, we explore what diverse religious traditions understanding of the common good can contribute to Australian society and social cohesion, policy priorities and new forms of social partnerships.
