Welcome

Established in 1877, Trinity College Theological School is committed to shaping women and men who wish to pursue ordination in the Anglican Church, develop skills for lay ministry, or simply explore Christian faith for personal or vocational enrichment. Alongside its degree and diploma programs, Trinity also serves the wider church community through workshops, seminars and public lectures.

Trinity prepares students for the diversity of the modern church by learning about a variety of models of church and theological ideas in contemporary society. Our students come from diverse backgrounds, both from within Australia and from overseas; many study part time and online, but all are supported on their journeys. Everyone at Trinity is encouraged to engage in open discussion and lively debate about the scriptures and Anglican traditions and how these apply to life today.

Trinity College Theological School Campus

The Theological School is located at the Old Warden’s Lodge (OWL) within Trinity College, at 100 Royal Parade, Parkville. It is very close to public transport, with Tram 19 located just outside the entrance. The site is in close proximity to a number of cafes, restaurants, and shops in the Parkville and Melbourne University areas.

Trinity is located on the sovereign and unceded country of the Wurundjeri nation. We pay our respects to their elders, who have cared for this country since its creation, and commit ourselves to work towards a more just settlement for all Indigenous people.
